Once you have been accepted you can send in the FAFSA to apply for grant monies. Some colleges will require you to complete a CSS profile to gather certain information that the college uses to make decisions about entrance into their facilities. You can fill out this profile via the Internet and it is generally available in October. It is a good idea to fill this application out as soon as possible to get the most from your college search.
